When you step out of your usual, automatic breathing patterns, you begin to move energy through your body in powerful ways. This can help you release what’s been weighing you down—stress, fear, pain, grief, even years of stuck emotion—and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and vitality.

After a session, you may walk away feeling lighter, more energized, deeply relaxed, and crystal clear on your next steps in life.

What to Expect in Your Session

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a safe, supportive space where you can fully relax and let go.

You’ll lie comfortably on the floor, supported by pillows and blankets, as I guide you through an intentional breathing pattern. A dynamic playlist will accompany your journey, creating a soundscape that supports you every step of the way.

As your breath deepens, your busy mind begins to quiet, and you may enter expanded states of awareness. Without having to “figure it all out” mentally, insights can arrive naturally. You may experience breakthroughs, deep emotional release, or a sense of peaceful spaciousness. Sometimes, a single session is enough to spark lasting change.

I facilitate from a place of heart-centered mindfulness, somatic awareness, and deep compassion. My intention is to hold space for your process so you can explore and transform at your own pace.

I bring training in Biodynamic, Rebirthing, and Shamanic breathwork, along with decades of experience in holistic healing modalities. Every session is tailored to you—whether we work one-on-one, in pairs, or in small groups.
