Breathwork is a conscious and active breathing practice that can help improve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. By challenging your usual and unconscious breathing, you begin to move energy through your body in ways that can help process and release stuck energy, stress, fear, pain, depression and grief. Many people find the practice leaves them feeling energized, relaxed and with more clarity.

During the practice, participants lie on the floor in a comfortable position supported by pillow and blankets. Your active breathing is supported by a dynamic musical playlist that facilitates an arch for your journey. This deep breathing practice can allow access to non-ordinary states of consciousness by quieting an often-overactive mind. Perspectives can shift as you begin to feel liberated from trying to figure everything out in cognitive ways. New insights, breakthroughs and eventual transformation can occur after just one session as you begin to integrate new awareness.

My facilitation style has grown out of a deep desire to help others cultivate more freedom through self-compassion. I have studied with Biodynamic, Rebirthing and Shamanic breathwork teachers. I facilitate from a place of heart-centered mindfulness and somatic awareness. I facilitated breathwork journeys one-on-one, in pairs or in small groups.
