The trained Practitioner uses various energy modalities with heart-centered intention. Energy Medicine is intended to complement and not replace any prescribed medical care. Practitioners do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. Energy Medicine is complimentary to medical interventions and not a substitute for it. Energy Medicine Modalities offered in this practice are: Breathwork; Sound Healing; Reiki Energy Work; Hakomi Somatically Informed Coaching; HeartMath; and Mindfulness as well as combination sessions including 2 or more complimentary practices. Session Information Sessions are 60 to 120 minutes long. Payable at time of booking or at time of session. Individual and small group sessions and/or events can be curated in collaboration with client or group needs, topics or requests. Pricing varies. The fee per session is $ 200/hr. Appointment Cancellation Policy I agree to give 24-hour notice if it is necessary for me to cancel an appointment. My practitioner reserves the right to charge me for the session if sufficient notice is not given. Confidentiality All client information and records are treated in a confidential manner, and no information will be released to anyone without my prior written consent, except in situations governed by law. I also understand that confidentiality may be waived, without consent, if there is imminent danger to yourself or others, or there is occurrence of child, elder, or dependent adult abuse or neglect. Disclosures + Energy Medicine practitioners do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments. + No specific claims will be made by the practitioner regarding results from the energy sessions. + Goal(s) for our work together will be mutually identified as part of the assessment and clients have input in the goal-setting or intention focus process. Practitioner Liability Insurance: Energy Medicine Professional Association (EMPA) Consent to Use Touch in Energy Work With your consent, I may use touch in our energy work together to benefit and support your session. I will draw from techniques in which I have received training, including Breathwork, Reiki Energy Work, Sound Healing, Hakomi somatically informed coaching, Mindfulness, and HeartMath. The use of touch is a powerful tool for clients to get grounded and help them move through body-based trauma reactions. The interventions used in our sessions may include: • Touching your hand or arm to reduce anxiety • Positioning your feet, hands, and shoulders to create awareness of your body in relation to the earth • Holding your physical tension so that you can relax • Correcting your breath and posture to improve oxygen flow • Interacting together with an object during role play to process past experiences. Touch is always offered only with consent and in a nonsexual context. Clients always retain the agency to decline any type of physical touch. Methodology Warranties & Outcomes I agree to be open-minded to the Practitioner’s methods and partake in Activities and services as proposed and instructed. I understand that the Practitioner has made no guarantees as to the outcome of Activities, and that information and testimonials presented before, during, or after Activities do not constitute a warranty of specific outcomes. Hold Harmless Clause Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless, Kaden Scott Neste (Kaden Scott Integrative Healing), from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of, or in connection with my session(s).
